Article 5. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access to specific material (including, but not limited to: photographs, texts and other content) published on the website, or to the entire website, without the User’s consent, for an indefinite period, whether planned or incidental, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such suspension.
Article 6. The Provider reserves the right to amend, without prior notice, the structure or content of the website. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.
IV. Service Features
Article 7. The main characteristics of the services provided to Users by the Provider via the website, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Services’ for the sake of brevity, are as follows:
(1) The provider enables users to view and share the content published on the website. The provider provides information about itself, its team, the services it offers, current offers, informative articles, contact details, profiles of its clients and partners, and other information.
2) The Provider offers a search function for text content within the website. To use this function, the User must enter the word or words they are searching for in the search field and select the search button or icon, or press the Enter or Go key on the keyboard. The website will display a list of results showing pages or products located on the website that contain the word or words searched for by the User.

The User must complete the fields specified by the Provider and select the ‘Send’ button. When using this service, Users should bear in mind that, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, they are deemed to have been informed that the use of this service does not automatically result in the conclusion of a contract between the relevant User and the Provider, i.e. sending an enquiry by email does not create an obligation on the part of the Provider to provide a specific service (for example: the creation of a website) and does not place the Provider and the User in a contractual relationship. It should be understood that the relevant User who has sent an enquiry by email to the Provider has entered into a contract with the Provider for the provision of the service in question only upon receipt of confirmation to that effect from the Provider.
The supplier does not guarantee that it will be able to respond, nor does it guarantee the timeframe within which a response will be provided.
(5) The Provider enables the generation of electronic enquiries via the email client used by the User, through links on the website. To do this, the User must select a specific link on the website (a place where the Supplier’s email address is displayed and which can be ‘clicked’) and the device they are using to open a new window for composing an email using the email client installed on the device.
The supplier does not guarantee that it will be able to respond, nor does it guarantee the timeframe within which a response will be provided.
(6) The Provider enables Users to be redirected (via links) to the Provider’s business profiles on social media, as well as to the profiles and websites of its partners, customers and others. The Provider offers this facility for the convenience of Users and accepts no liability for the content of the profiles and websites to which links are provided and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to the profiles and websites to which links are provided, unless expressly stated otherwise.
(8) The services featured on and/or provided via the website are intended solely for business customers (for example: traders and individuals acting in the course of their trade or professional activities) and do not require online registration on the website. In view of the above, persons who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13(1) of the Consumer Protection Act shall not be regarded as Users of the website.
(9) All services provided via the website and referred to in the preceding paragraphs of this Article are free of charge.
V. Intellectual Property Rights
Article 8. (1) All information published on the website, including, but not limited to: text, photographs, audio and video material, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is used by the Provider on a lawful basis and, as such, is protected by the legislation in force concerning the protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights.
(2) The supplier reserves all the rights set out in the preceding paragraph.
(3) The use of the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, including, but not limited to: copying, altering, reproducing, without the consent and authorisation of the Provider or the relevant intellectual property rights holder, except in cases expressly provided for by law, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of the Provider’s intellectual property rights or those of the relevant rights holder, where such holder is different from the Provider.
Article 9. The website may contain names and brand names of products, services or persons which are, or may be, trade marks owned by the Provider or by third parties. Access to the website, as well as nothing in these General Terms and Conditions or the rest of the website’s content, shall not be construed and/or interpreted as, nor shall it constitute, the granting of a licence or a right to use any such trade mark, without the prior written consent of the Supplier or the relevant third party who owns the intellectual property in question.
VI. Links to external information
Article 10. (1) As stated in Article 7(6) of these General Terms and Conditions, the Supplier shall not be liable for the content of profiles and websites owned and/or operated by third parties to which it provides links.
(2) Should a User consider that a particular profile and/or website, to which the Website provides a link, contains unlawful information, including information that infringes their intellectual property rights, that User shall inform the Provider thereof by following the procedure set out below:
(a) The user must submit their complaint regarding unlawful content, including content that infringes their intellectual property rights, to the following email address: office[at]VarnaPipes.com;
b) Along with their claim under the preceding point, the User must also submit evidence of the unlawfulness of the content, including evidence of an infringement of intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to: evidence that the User is indeed the holder of the intellectual property rights alleged to have been infringed).
(3) Within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the information referred to in paragraph 2 above, the Provider shall inform (unless this would entail an excessive amount of effort, funds and resources on its part) the third party, owner and/or operator of the profile and/or website (based on the information available to the Provider, without the latter being required to carry out an explicit investigation into the ownership of the profile and/ or website, or bear any liability in this regard) of the claim received, and shall grant that third party a period of 10 (ten) working days in which to state their position and provide relevant evidence in relation to the claim received, to the following email address: info@labpro.biz. In the event that the owner and the operator of the relevant profile or website are different persons, the Provider’s sending of a notice within the meaning of this paragraph to just one of those persons (at the Provider’s discretion) shall be deemed sufficient.
(4) Should the third party within the meaning of paragraph 3 above, within the time limit specified in that paragraph, agree to the claim under Article 2 of this Article or fail to object to it (for example: by failing to submit any statement or reply), the Provider shall, without undue delay, cease to provide access to the profile, website or specific information contained therein in question, via an electronic link on the website.
(5) Should the third party, as defined in paragraph 3 above, object to the claim under Article 2 of this Article within the time limit specified in that paragraph, the Provider shall, without undue delay, temporarily restrict access to the profile in question, website or specific information contained therein, via an electronic link on the website, until the situation that has arisen between the parties concerned has been clarified by the provision to the Provider, by any of those parties, of a duly issued document (for example: a court judgement, an arbitration award, an out-of-court settlement, or other), confirming or supporting one of the two positions.
(6) When following the procedure set out in the preceding paragraphs of this Article, the Supplier shall not be liable for any damages suffered by any of the parties involved as a result of the acts and/or omissions of one of the parties to the dispute. The Supplier is not an institution, tribunal or body competent to adjudicate legal disputes and, accordingly, cannot rule on the validity and/or merits of a claim by means of a decision that is final and/or binding on the parties to the claim.
VII. Other Terms and Conditions
Article 11. (1) The information and materials available on the website (including, but not limited to: articles, images, posts and other content) are of an informative, general and abstract nature and do not constitute, nor should they be regarded or interpreted as, advice, guidance and/or consultation provided by the Provider to any of the Users of the website.
(2) The Provider shall not be liable for the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness and/or timeliness of the information and materials available on and/or via the website, for any reason whatsoever, nor for their applicability to any specific set of facts.
(3) The Provider shall not be liable, whether for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages, for the content of the website, nor shall it be liable for any damages suffered by any User and/or a third party in connection with the use of the website and/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to a specific situation (for example: a User taking specific actions based on information posted on the website).

Article 14. The General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, and any amendment to the General Terms and Conditions shall take effect in respect of Users without the need for express notification to them.
Article 15. By using (including, but not limited to: viewing, clicking on links, entering information and other activities) the website and the information contained therein, the User expresses their unconditional agreement to the General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments thereto, and acknowledges that they are bound by them and will comply with them.
